Devizes GB
Pre booked with APH for two days at a cost of over £60. Arrived at airport to find my flight had been cancelled. Phoned aph from the car park 3 hours after arriving to see what my options were and was told tough, because I had entered the car park there would be no refund, I could claim on my insurance!!
Book direct with City Airport, they would have refunded at the desk in the airport, or don’t pre book
