Drivers using sat-nav should enter the following postcode: TW19 5EP

From M25 Northbound:

  1. Take Exit 13 (A30/B376) towards Staines/Egham.
  2. Follow signs for Wraysbury/Datchet and take Wraysbury Road B376 (this becomes Staines Road after 200 yards).
  3. After 0.75 miles turn left into Windsor Road.
  4. After 800 yards this turns sharp right to become Welley Road (B376).

From M25 Southbound:

  1. Take Exit 14 (Heathrow T4) and leave roundabout via Horton Road towards Poyle.
  2. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Stanwell Road towards Horton/Datchet.
  3. Stay on this road through Horton to join Datchet Road. • At the roundabout go left into Welley (B376) towards Wraysbury.
  4. Go over the bridge (through traffic lights).
  5. Reeds Service Park is 800 yards along on your left.

From M4:

  1. Take Exit 5 (Langley) and follow the B470 towards Datchet.
  2. After 0.25 miles take the first left.
  3. At the end of the road turn left onto the B376.
  4. At the mini-roundabout turn right (second exit) into Welley Road towards Wraysbury
  5.  Go over the bridge and Reeds Service Park is 800 yards down on the left.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arriving to the car park:

  1. Park on the parking bays on the forecourt.
  2. Head to reception and present your car park voucher and hand in your car key only (out of hours the driver will check you in inside our compound).
  3. Take the courtesy bus to the terminal and enjoy your trip.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return Procedure

On return:

  1. Once you have got your baggage, call the number on the leaflet given at check in and make your way to the designated bus stop (shown on check in leaflet) outside the terminal and hop on a bus back to the car park.
  2. Collect your keys from reception (out of hours collect keys from driver) and carry on with the rest of your journey.
