Transfers to and from Heathrow Airport

The car park offers frequent bus transfers running every 20-30 minutes to and from Terminal 2 which take 10-12 minutes. Transfers operate from 3:30am to midnight.

Directions

For travellers using sat-nav, please enter both the following first line address and postcode: 17 Bath Road, TW6 2AL

Directions from the M25:

  1. Leave the motorway at J15 and follow the M4 signposted London.
  2. Once on the M4, continue to Junction 3 before taking the exit onto the A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham.
  3. At the ‘Jolly Waggoner’s’ roundabout, turn right onto the A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow Airport.
  4. Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 2 is approximately 1 mile along on the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn hotel.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival at the car park:

  1. Drive into the car park.
  2. You will be directed to arrivals area.
  3. Check-in, unload your luggage and jump on a transfer bus to the terminal.

We recommend that you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return Procedure

When you return to the car park:

  1. Follow return instructions given at the time of arrival.
  2. Collect your car and continue your journey.

In the event of any problems, one of the car park’s 24-hour staff will be pleased to help.

The number issued by Purple Parking on their paperwork to contact the office on return was a disabled number and we could not get through to locate the return bus stop, was advised by another passenger, also using purple parking that they had rung the out of hours number (we arrived at 5 pm). We did get through using this. When I returned to the office and mentioned their error, the desk assistant said, “oh yes, we don’t use that anymore, you were given the old number” No apology!!!

The service by the staff was good, it's just the location is not ideal as it adds on so much time to get to and from the airport, then also going home - the location is not brilliant as there is heavy traffic which means extra time to get back home - I'll go back to using meet and greet in future.
