I'm getting an error when amending/cancelling my booking. Can you help?

If you are getting an error when you are trying to amend or cancel your booking, this is likely to be because you have booked a non-flexible product. If you have booked a non-flexible product you cannot make any amendments to your booking including cancellation. 

If you have booked a flexible product and you are trying to amend your dates or times, you may be getting an error because the carpark or Hotel no longer has any availability to accommodate your change. Please contact our Call Centre on 01342 859680 and they will try and assist you.
