Who have I made my booking through?

If you are struggling to find who you have made your booking through here are a few things that you can check:

Have you received an email confirmation? If you have then please look at the sender – if it has come from aph.com then you booking will have been directly with us. If your confirmation has come from an address which does not include aph.com then you will need to contact your provider if you have any queries – even if your booking is for one of the APH Car Parks at Gatwick, Birmingham or Manchester.

No email confirmation but you have a booking reference number? Please check the number of digits in the number. If it has 5 digits then you may have made your booking directly through ourselves. You should be able to check your booking using our Manage my Booking service. If your booking is not recognised that it may have been made through another provider. Please feel free to give us a call on 01342 859680 and we will try and assist you in finding out who.

A payment has been taken from your account or via PayPal? If you have made your booking with APH then your banking statement will show ‘Airport Parking Copthorne’ or ‘Airport Parking and Hotels Ltd ‘ if you made your payment by PayPal.
