I made a booking using PayPal - I have been charged but have not received a booking confirmation, what should I do?

If you have not received your booking confirmation, please wait a further 10-15 minutes to see if you receive this via email. If you do not receive it please get in contact with us, by phoning us on 01342 859680 ( Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm, Sun – Closed). One of our advisors will be able to locate your booking if one has been made and resend your confirmation for you. If a booking hasn’t gone through we will first confirm your PayPal payment has been successful, then help you complete your booking and make sure it does go through.
