I made a booking but now have a discount code. The price is now cheaper, what can be done?

Unfortunately, we cannot retrospectively apply your discount code. If you have a discount code which now brings the price down, you may be able to cancel and re-book at the lower rate.

This can only be done if you have a flexible booking though if you have a non-flexible booking we cannot cancel your booking.
