Website crashed after I entered payment details. What do I do?

If the site has crashed whilst you are processing a booking, please allow for 10-15 minutes to pass. If by the end of this you have not received a booking confirmation page or confirmation email, please get in contact with us by phoning us on 01342 859680 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm, Sun – Closed). One of our advisors will be able to locate your booking if one has been made and resend your confirmation for you. If a booking hasn’t gone through we will first confirm that you haven’t been charged, then help you complete your booking and make sure it does go through.
