Love is in the air around Manchester Airport!
Travellers are looking to reconnect with loved ones over the festive period

Video vox pops conducted with travellers using Manchester Airport in November by APH, have revealed a heart-warming increase in travellers flying abroad to spend time with friends and family.

With many families and loved ones having spent months and sometimes years apart due to travel restrictions , APH customers have been looking forward to spending some much-needed time with family. From celebrating 80th birthdays to attending postponed family weddings and enjoying a family trip abroad, travellers were excited to get away over the festive period.

“Christmas is a time when we all look forward to seeing friends and family. Following almost two years of travel restrictions, it’s even more important this year and it’s clear to see travellers have missed that time together. We’re happy to see customers once again travelling from APH Manchester.”

Nick Caunter, Managing Director of Airport Parking & Hotels (APH)
