It’s All Part Of The APH Airport Car Parking Service!

One fact about airport parking is that cars are left standing for many days, and in some cases weeks, at a time without use. As we all know, cars left standing for long periods of time are more likely to lose the charge in their battery than those being used on a daily basis.  Here at APH we regularly find that cars left in our secure car parks lose power in their batteries, with flat batteries being a common occurrence.

APH Airport Car Parking Service – Getting Customers Back On The Road!

Luckily APH is here to help and we have anti-surge battery packs at the ready at each of our car parks at Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick airports.

We’ll either notice the problem ourselves and restart your car before you arrive back to the car park, or if the battery has gone flat in the period it has been parked in the pick-up area, customers simply need to alert a member of staff who will quickly get your car started for you with one of our anti-surge power packs, so you can be on your way home with little or no delay.

It’s all part of the service, and just one more reason why our customers have voted us Best Airport Parking company for the last 3 years at the British Travel Awards.

APH Airport Car Parking Reviews

Here are some of the comments left by satisfied customers about how we helped to get them on their way:

My family and I have used APH at Snowhill for approximatly 9 years. We are always satisfied with the staff and easy procedure to book, arrive/return no matter what time of the day or night. Unfortunately on our return on New Years Eve we were unable to start the car.  Within minutes a member of staff brought a battery pack and jump leads and we were on our way home in next to no time.  Once we have our flight times we will be booking again.

Staff very helpful especially when I found out that the car battery was flat after being stood for 6 weeks. One of them was soon out with the battery booster to get me started. Well done APH.
Mr Bagguley, 9th December 2012

I left my sat nav connected, which flattened the battery. The APH staff charged the battery before I got there so I was thus able to drive home fine. Great service.

We left spectacles in the car the driver radioed back and the next bus delivered the specs to the airport what a wonderful service. Also on returning our battery was flat and immediately they boosted it and we were on our way.
Mrs Forrest, 14th November 2012

“Our car wouldn’t start because it had a flat battery. The gentleman at the desk brought out a booster battery and started the car. The whole thing took a very few minutes. He said that it was a regular occurrence and that it part of the service.
Mr Holmes, 1st November 2012

“Upon return I found I had a flat battery, I informed no problem and within less that 2 mins a member of staff was at my car with a smile and a battery pack.
