- You sent me the information in two E-Mails which you do not usually do. I missed the second E-Mail after printing off the first. Read it on way to the airport and found that the car park details were on the second E-Mail. Found the second E-Mail on my phone and found I needed to enter my booking number into a website to access car park details. Website refused to recognise my code so couldn't find car park! Tried to ring help line - was closed because out of office hours - no emergency number. Arrived at Radisson Blu Hotel in tears at 9.15 in evening. Their man in Reception was absolutely fantastic - sorted out parking for me on site and even gave me a complimentary voucher for a drink. Radisson Blu feedback therefore 100% Car park nil % as I never found it so was unable to use it.! If you're going to make getting car park details an obstacle course then don't expect positive feedback!
