All you have to do is drive to the Meet & Greet car park, park and secure your vehicle. Once you have handed your keys in at the Meet & Greet Reception Office, just make your way to the terminal. (Please contact the service on 01279 680095, half hour before your arrival)

On your return, a member of staff will return your keys to you and direct you to your vehicle.

Didn't get any valet service at all. I had to park it and leave it and then drop keys in office. Pointless. Might as well as left in short term car park for £4 more.

We parked on Friday of the may bank holiday - when M&G had decided to dig up their car park. It took us 10 minutes to get into the car park and park our vehicle and another 10 minutes to drop off our keys - by which time, we could have used a long stay car park at much lower rates. The entire car park was chaos.

This the third time I have used either Stansted M&G or valet park and each time it has not lived up to promise of convenience and speed. On the first ocassion (M&G), they forgot to bring our car back to the collection point so we had to get a lift to the long stay car park. The second time (valet parking), the valet park drop off point was closed (with no directions of where to go as an alternative drop off point) so negating the point of using valet parking.

This is not the meet and greet service we have experienced with you at other airports and were very disappointed. The collection of our car was not meet and greet as we had to go and find our car in the dark. Not at all happy with this service at Stansted.

We arrived having followed the directions to the M & G parking to the letter. At the barrier we spoke to a very stroppy lady who could not find our booking ref. She then said we had to leave the car park or face a £75 fine as we were in the wrong car park. We could not reverse out due to traffic behind us and she would not raise the barrier. Instead we had to get out and find a car park attendant. This kept everyone behind us waiting. The attendant raised the barrier and we parked up. We could not contact APH on the given tel no . We went to the office. The lady was extremely unhelpful and even when we did get through to APH refused to speak to them. Some customer service! By this time we were worried we were going to miss our flight. However the stroppy ladies line manager was very helpful and rescued the situation after a brief phone call. We were in the correct car park after all. It was not our fault that they could not find our booking ref. I would not use then again because of the stress caused and aforementioned initial customer care

When i have booked this service at other airports it has been the same as 'Valet' at the same cost as a meet and greet service.

Therefore, i was hugely disappointed to find that not only did i need to park my car but then get in a very long line to drop the keys off at the reception area. Not sure where the meet or greet part cames into it? This serivce is more of a drop off service, with a long wait to hand over the keys.

I've used the service before on a bank holiday weekend and it was great. This time I queded for half an hour to get into the car park and on my return waited another half an hour to pick my keys up. I was paying extra for convenience and speed, neither of these were delivered and it would have been quicker and cheaper to use a bus servicd car park.

We originally used Aardvark parking and found that entirely satisfactory. This time the drop off using the office was OK but coming back it seemed that you had booked in too many cars. The service on collection in the office was very slow (an assistant taking ages just to tie tags on keys and having to go into a back office for some time to find our key) with a long queue forming and we were just told that our car was in the car wash! No instructions how to find the car wash and we wandered about asking numerous people for help (my husband is disabled) until finally someone found us our car not even in a parking slot but alongside the "car wash". I'm afraid we shan't be using your service again sadly unless we can be convinced that you have now got your act together

We always use the Meet & Greet at Gatwick and are very happy with this service but we found the service at Stansted totally unacceptable. We had trouble entering the car park, but leaving the car was ok. However, coming home late at night in the rain we couldn't find our car, we were told the wrong lane, the lanes weren't adequately marked and we couldn't see any lane numbers and finally we had to wait to be let out of the car park as the barriers wouldn't work. We definitely won't use this service at Stansted again.
