- Rather disappointed to be held up for a while when entering car park, as camera would not read car reg, resulting in hold up again when leaving car park.

Stansted Airport Mid Stay Car Park offers a safe and secure location, where you can be sure your car will be conscientiously cared for in your absence.
It's convenient, too. Transfers to the terminal run at 10-minute intervals throughout the day and night, with a total journey time of just five minutes.
Parking your car is simple and straightforward - with automatic numberplate recognition technology on hand to confirm your booking and issue you with a ticket showing your registration number and booking reference. Make sure you keep the ticket - you'll need it when you come to leave the car park on your return. Once you've parked your car, head to the bus stop and catch a transfer shuttle direct to the terminal.
Collecting your car is just as simple. On your return, follow signs for 'Buses to Mid Stay car park'. Remember to tell the bus driver which zone you've parked in. Once back at your car, drive to the barrier, enter your ticket and you'll be on your way. Should you encounter any problems, simply press the help button on the exit barrier and a member of staff will be happy to help.
As you'd expect from an official Stansted Airport car park, the Mid Stay Car Park provides an extremely safe environment for both you and your car. Stansted Mid Stay Car Park is a recipient of the Park Mark® Safer Parking Award, which means it's been vetted by the police and has measures in place to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle. Security measures include CCTV coverage, security fencing and regular patrols throughout the day and night.
Parking for Blue Badge holders is located in Zones A,B & L. Wheelchair access is available on courtesy coaches.
On your arrival, if a ticket is not issued automatically, press intercom button for assistance. Do not insert a credit/debit card or you could be charged.
