The bus on arrival services both jet parks + long stay car parks. It was just a free for all getting on bus with absolutely no help from driver. People just piled on and didn't bother with luggage racks therefore the aisle was blocked with luggage making it impossible to get to luggage racks or empty seats. As pensioners it was very difficult standing all the way especially as we could see the empty seats but couldn't get to them! It would have only taken the driver to stand at door and tell people to put their luggage on racks before finding a seat! We regularly use aph at Gatwick where the service is superb so we were very disappointed having booked through aph, definitely not up to aph standards. Definitely won't use again.
