When booking,I clicked edit to correct an error, and didn't notice that the booking form reverted to default date of next day and not the date I entered. I noticed when printing form a day later and contacted APH who said they were only the agent for Jetparks. Jetparks told me APH had done it as a locked booking and to contact APH again as they could not change it. APH would not change the date as they were only agents! The result was £40 wasted. I booked direct with a different firm who were great. Be aware of this when filling out the booking form -double and triple check it! or better still, book directly with car park.

The parking was great and very useful instructions on how to get there. The only small negative was the time waiting for pick up when we returned from our trip. We shall be going away again next April and I will be certainly booking with you.

Outward journey was good, at 4am. Return journey, the transfer coach was very crowded and we seemed to wait quite a while before the coach arrived. Whilst we waited 2 mid term and 1 or even 2 long term car park transfers had been and gone.

The main problem was with the final part of the journey to the car park. I had keyed the post code you gave me into my satnav correctly, but my satnav directed me to the "short stay" car parks. This is, of course, the wrong location. I thought it was strange, but it was not until I had driven around for some time that I was able to find an airport staff member who was able to direct me to the "long stay" area. There I found the rather small signs to "jetparks". Please check the post code you give and improve the signs. [I would use the sevice again but only because I now know the correct way to the car park.]

We found the service convenient, however on arrival it was unfortunately during an extreme Rain-Storm (Courtesy of the Tail-end of Storm Bertha) we got absolutely drenched to the skin, we found that the 'S' Zone Car Park was 2" deep in running water, the Driver decided to keep us waiting while he had his ' Smoke ' break, it would have been useful if there had been some Blue Towel on the Bus to dry off, the service was satisfactory and presumibly secure, We would normally use Gatwick as we only live 40 minutes away, but the journey to/from Chichester was 2 hours each way.
