"All correspondence including this questionnaire refers only to AIRPORT meet and greet, we used meet and greet at the Port of Southampton. Perhaps wording could be re-worked? Would have liked to have been warned about distance from terminal to the car on return as we didn't use a trolley! Instructions for meeting at port given by mobile phone message too much to remember - use a text instead?"

"On reaching Southampton Port I found it impossible to to get through to Stress Free Cruise Parking as the answer machine kept asking me to put in 10 - zero cuts the call off. I was directed to the short stay car park but this was insecure due to the fact that I had no contact with the car park company. I let me with no choice but to re-book in to CPS parking which was secure next to the quayside - this was of course an extra cost. I am very dissatisified with the service and I would have thought better of APH as I do use your facilities at Manchester Airport on a frequent basis - I will have to reasses this for the future. I did contact you once I had boarded ship but was given little sympathy or help - attitude was we have your money and I won't be returned. If I had known the situation was with Stress Fre Cruise PArking I would have cancelled and reboked with someone far more reliable as CPS who were the recommended parking company by P & O."

"The collecting and delivery staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. They explained that the vehicle would have approx 10 miles on the clock when returned as the secure parking was approx 5 miles away. It was returned with just over 10 miles on the clock. Overall I was extremely satisfied and they even delivered the car right to the door of the Southampton Port terminal to save any walking, as my wife uses a wheelchair."
