City Cruise Terminal

Southampton City Cruise Terminal Berth 101

Arrivals:

The City Cruise Terminal offers a large, comfortable arrivals lounge with plenty of seating. This area is open to the public and makes a great base for those coming to meet travellers returning to the port.

Facilities are limited, but toilets and vending machines offering drinks and snacks are available. There’s also a newsstand providing free magazines and local guides.

Baggage drop-off:

Passengers will find a clearly labelled luggage drop-off point outside the City Cruise Terminal. Travellers can drop off their luggage before parking their car.

Departure lounge:

Once through security, passengers can enter the departure lounge and enjoy a range of facilities while waiting to embark. Along with comfortable seating, there is also a fully licensed bar serving drinks and hot and cold food. A café is also on hand to supply hungry travellers with hot beverages, bacons rolls, sandwiches and beef burgers.

Passengers should note payphones, Wi-Fi and ATMs are not available within the City Cruise Terminal.


QEII Cruise Terminal

Southampton QEII Cruise Terminal Berth 38/39

Arrivals:

The QEII Cruise Terminal offers a large, comfortable arrivals lounge with plenty of seating. This area is open to the public and makes a great base for those coming to meet travellers returning from trips.

Facilities are limited, but toilets and vending machines offering drinks and snacks are available. There’s also a newsstand providing free magazines and local guides.

Baggage drop-off:

The terminal offers a large covered baggage drop-off area. Porters are available to help with suitcases and other items of luggage.

Where to eat:

The on-site Café Ceanos offers food in both the arrivals and departures areas of the terminal. The café provides hot beverages, alcoholic drinks (in the departure lounge) and a range of snacks.

Departure lounge:

The departure lounge is located on the first floor of the building and provides a good selection of facilities for passengers waiting to embark. These include Café Ceanos for drinks and snacks, comfortable seating along with standard and disabled toilets.

Passengers should note that payphones, Wi-Fi and ATMs are not available within the QEII Cruise Terminal.


Ocean Cruise Terminal

Southampton Ocean Cruise Terminal Berth 46/47

Arrivals:

Seating for up to 150 is provided for those waiting to meet friends and families returning to the UK.

Baggage drop-off:

There is a baggage drop-off area outside the terminal, where porters are available to help with luggage if required.

Where to eat:

Once through security and in the departure lounge, passengers can grab a bite to eat at Café Ceanos. Offering hot and cold beverages and a selection of snacks – such as bacon baps, sandwiches and burgers – it’s the perfect place to fuel up before embarkation commences. Passengers can also start their holiday early, by sampling the café’s range of alcoholic drinks.

Departure lounge:

With seating for around 1,000, the departure lounge offers a great vantage point to view the vessel ahead of boarding while luggage is loaded and cabins readied. Passengers should be aware that Wi-Fi is not available in terminal building, but is offered on most cruise ships. There are no payphones in the terminal, however, mobile signal is strong for most cellular networks.

The terminal is fully accessible for passengers with mobility issues.


Mayflower Cruise Terminal

Arrivals:

The City Cruise Terminal offers a large, comfortable arrivals lounge with plenty of seating. This area is open to the public and makes a great base for those coming to meet travellers returning from cruises.

Facilities are limited, but toilets and vending machines offering drinks and snacks are available. There’s also a newsstand offering free magazines and local guides.

Baggage drop-off:

There is a dedicated drop-off area for unloading luggage before you park. Porters are on hand to help unload your luggage if required.

Where to eat:

The on-site Café Ceanos offers food in both the arrivals and departures areas of the terminal. The café provides hot beverages, alcoholic drinks (in the departure lounge) and a range of snacks.

Departure lounge:

Located on the ground floor, facilities include snacks and drinks from Café Ceanos and a large, comfortable seating area.

Passengers should be aware that cash machines, Wi-Fi and payphones are not available in the departure lounge.

Its very easy. We met people who had arranged parking at the dockside near the ship and they were queuing for an hour. We didn't queue at all. When we disembarked the minibus was there to meet us.
