Arrived 4.30am and barrier raised for us to enter. On return escalators were not working so had a longer detour by stairs to reach the walkway back to the car park. Generally this is a decent parking area - although it would be even better if you could park on airport side for a week for the same price. Should be investigated by Prestwick Airport.

When arriving back to airport card which you receive when entering car park has to be validated to get out. Staff had no records of my booking and assured me you were to blame. They reluctantly validated card once shown paperwork and check with other staff but I could have done without delay.
