Parking your car is easy. On arrival the automated entry system will recognise your numberplate and issue you with a parking token. Take the token, find yourself a parking space and make the short walk to the airport terminal. For all but the busiest times, this is a self-park facility, so there’ll be no need to leave your keys. Should you experience any difficulties, then staff can be contacted 24 hours a day to help you out.
On your return, pick up your car, head to the exit barrier and insert your token. It’s as simple as that.

"Car park is very convenient - the problem was entry and exit due to camera not recognising number plate, not dispensing a token and having to speak to a person before being able to enter. As we were not given a token on entry, we had to speak to a person again on exit who then had difficulty in locating our booking and also said our reference was too short. Eventually after finding our booking we were able to leave the car park."

When I suggested this to your agent by telephone she could not have been more inflexible nor intransigent. Rules might be one thing; courtesy is quite another. Even so, why is this kind of arrangement not possible on an 'unusual circumstances' basis? Do not answer that: I won't use APH again. Good day."
