Customer comments

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"We thought the lifts to the car park should have been sign posted better when coming through customs as we ended up outside the airport and had to inquire where the lifts were."
Mr Davies, Clwyd, 11 Nov 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"The price for short stay is too high I paid almost the same for 4 days as I did for this 36 hours I expect a better rate for shorter time I do not hink this presented any significant saving"
Mr Masento, Merseyside, 11 Nov 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Clarification on the exit procedure would be useful. That is, do not put your token in a payment machine as per all the signs. Also on the confirmation, it tells you to call the carpark directly if your flight is delayed but only give a local rate and not an international number."
Mrs Southerington, West Yorkshire, 5 Nov 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"instructions for arrival could be a little clearer in that I hesitated at first because of sign over car park entrance and the comment make sure you park in the right area as you may be charged if you don't a little disconcerting as in the car park it is not that clear. Perhaps the area's you can park in i.e. colours and floor numbers might be useful. If I used it again there would be no problem but as this was the first time!!!"
Mr George, Warwickshire, 24 Oct 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"On airport, short stay very easy and no waiting for buses of lifts is always the way for us especially at the price we paid"
Mr Gaster, Shropshire, 14 Oct 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Terminal 1 short stay multistory is not the easiest car park to find vacant parking places and is a little tight when parking larger vehicles."

"Cheaper than a return taxi and gives you freedom to drive home or alternative destination after your flight."
Mr Wheatley, Cheshire, 30 Sep 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"On arrival the entrance barrier was out of action and the directions given by your operative were very vague in that I exited the car park and had to return via another motorway journey. On return a lady operative was very explicit in her directions which I then adhered to."
Mr Stone, Merseyside, 18 Sep 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

Dr El Sakka, Blackburn, 13 Aug 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Think clearer directions to the park would be useful. We parked in the multi story but had to phone on the morning to ask if we were in the right place. On exit we had only a token which didnt work so had to phone again & we had to be buzzed out"
Mrs O'Shea, Manchester, 13 Aug 2013

Mr Alldred, Worcestershire, 7 Jan 2013

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Although I have use the Short Stay car park for Terminal 1 once before I found that there was little or no signage indicating the entrance. There was also no clear directions in the airport from Terminal 3 (We left from Terminal 1 & returned to Terminal 3) If you did not know Manchester Airport well you could easily get lost!"

Mr Ward, Merseyside, 11 Dec 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

Mr Hafez, Lancashire, 3 Dec 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Upon my return i drove my vehicle to the exit barrier and inserted the token provided upon my arrival, the digital readout informed me i had to pay £140, having already pre paid i was astounded and after having to reverse back up the ramp much to the annoyance of other motorists who had to get out of my way i eventually spoke to an operator via the inter com who opened the barrier...not at all impressed."
Mr Whittaker, Lancashire, 3 Dec 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

Dr Jerram, Lancashire, 21 Nov 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Being close to airport is great, but very difficult to rememeber where you have parked - if there could be some system where you are issued a card and you write om where you have parked would be very good, plus very confusing pink, gren, blue at same levels with diferent access - overall took me 30 mins to find my car!"

Mr Hunt, Cheshire, 12 Nov 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"The usual short term entry gate was coned off on my arrival and fortunately I knew there is another chance to enter if you drive on through the drop off zone. However, drivers unfamiliar with Terminal 1 short stay may have had difficulty as there was no signage whatsoever to help drivers with alternative entry gates etc."
Mr Rostron, Lancashire, 12 Nov 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)

"Machine wouldnt accept my card for entry. Dealt with relatively quickly. Same thing happened on exit but obviously gate was unmaned and had to wait for nearly ten minutes unaware if we were going to get reponede too. We then became a nuisance to other car park users and were highly embarrased. Shaocking"

Mr Bulmer, East Yorkshire, 19 Sep 2012

Multi Storey T1 (Short Stay)
