"Pick up drivers should have names of customers they have to pick up from airport to prevent queue jumpers.Too many people tried to get onto the bus. We waited 30 mins. only to get on board after complaining about queue jumping."

"It took just over an hour from my first (one of three) to picked up and arrival at the carpark... An extra hour on top of what I have already done... I WILL NOT BE USING THIS CARPARK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY BUISNESS NOR FRIENDS...."

"First of all we were left standing in the rain waiting for someone to check our vehicle ( 10 mins )then even though advising the driver we were flyng from terminal 2 he informed us thomson went from terminal 1 - we then had a 20 minute hike to terminal 2 ( I am disabled this was not a service I would use again )"

"Since we booked the parking with the hotel the car park had no record of the booking when we arrived. On return they had the incorrect return dat, despite what had been on our e-mails. They were OK about this."
