"Manchester T3 isn't really meet and greet - you have to go to an office and then walk to the terminal - not so easy and it's about 100 yards. Glad it wasn't raining. And there is no "mmeeting" at either delivery or collection. One just has to walk back to the office."

"Car park as near to terminal as you will get which is important to me. Only negative was when we pulled up at barrier to carpark we were told over tanoy system that we were at wrong place. Was about to turn around but stated i had booked for meet and greet . Operator apologised and let us proceed.."

"Meet and greet is not as I had initialy expect6ed as we drove to the parking area and left our car and then returned to the same place to pick it up, rather than being met at the terminal however the service was excellent and only a two minute walk from the terminal so I will definitely use this service again."

"Having booked online, I printed off the confirmation and directions. These details were totally wrong. They stated to enter the multi-storey car park, go to the 3rd level, take a ticket and go to the Meet & Greet office. There was no Meet and Greet there. When I telephoned, I was advised that the office had moved!!!! Thanks a lot. This was all very disconcerting. As I was travelling alone, it was hard to telephone, drive and try to find the way to the Meet & Greet service. No service satisfaction. Then on my return. My delight to see my car ready for the off. But they had parked it in such a way that a larger car was opposite a pillar and I was unable to get my car out!!! Not good after a 10 hour flight. Anne Peers-Lockett."

"We actually used the Terminal 3 drop off, but it was chaotic as we were not informed that the drop off location had been changed from the usual Level 3 to the new facility at ground floor level until we got top the barreir at Level 3, then the instructions to the new facility were wrong."

"APH Meet & Greet different from other firms. Did not expect to drive into car park. On return, the Office had changed location which was somewhat disorientating. If all stays the same in the future - it will be a great advantage. Pleased not to have to wait for my car to be delivered. My issue is one of 'teething problems'."

"My wife attempted to extend my hire period, the staff were exceedingly rude and most unhelpful, with the exception of a gentlemen who worked at the Airport named John. I was placed in a no win situation and had to pay £70 extended hire, when it was advertised for £32 on line. I have been a regular customer travelling approx 6 times a year using your company, I hope I don't have to use you often, I was disgusted and would like this to be treated as a formal complaint"

"We were not met or greeted. We parked the car oursleves & took the keys to a reception & the retunr was the reverse, collected keys & car was in the bay we were told. This is not a true meet & greet service, but is still a good service for the price. I just don't think it should be advertised as meet & greet."
