Customer comments

Meet & Greet T2

"Your staff at the airport are really helpful in providing disabled parking as near to the office as they can."
Mr Duxbury, Lancashire, 25 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"The car was heavily frosted on arrival with sub zero temperature. Assistance to defrost would have been appreciated. Other customers commented as we assisted each other."
Mr Ritson, Tyne And Wear, 25 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"It was neither a meet or greet. We had to walk a way to get to someone to actually meet or greet us and then had to walk a very considerable way to get into the Airport Terminal itself. This is not what I call MEET & GREET. I am Disabled and by the time I arrived at the terminal I was really suffering as I can't walk very far. The return journey was just as bad. VERY DISAPPOINTED."
Mr Young, Shropshire, 25 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Meet and Greet at MAN T2 is not the genuine article. It's near the terminal - 100 yds walk - but it's just a carpark with an office. No-one "meets" you - you just park and lug your case 50 yds to the kiosk. On return you walk all through the main multi-story out to the kiosk. The meeting is not personal - you just go to and from the office."
Mr Frank-Keyes, Clwyd, 19 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

""Meet and Greet" is probably a misnomer. The name implies being met at the terminal building, rather than having a couple of hundred yards to walk. Nevertheless, I shall stiil probably use the service again."
Mrs Rooks, West Yorkshire, 12 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Meet & Greet at Terminal 2 Manchester is conveniently located and your car is always there waiting for you on your return, even if your flight is a late arrival."
Mr Pope, Lancashire, 11 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Parking attendant needs customer service training; signposting through car park needs improving. You should be able to see the next sign at each turn. I must say it isn't really a meet and greet - just a park close and we'll shift your car later service."
Mr Williams, Lancashire, 7 Nov 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"The new T2 Meet and Greet at Manchester is a little further away from the terminal than previously and requires a short walk open to the elements in places."
Mr Green, Cheshire, 29 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Meet & Greet is a misnomer. This was Valet Parking."
Mrs Johnson, West Yorkshire, 22 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Great service at a very good price,it is better than using taxis"
Mr Jacklin, Cheshire, 22 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Always excellent service. Just one thing though. When parking at M & G T2 it is quite a long walk to departures. Trolleys really are necessary and charging for use is unfair. Should be included."
Mrs Hargreaves, Lancashire, 22 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"just keep up the good work"
Mr Flynn, Merseyside, 17 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Everything from booking to parking and collecting was very simple with no complications or problems. I would recommend to anyone."
Miss Armstrong, Nottinghamshire, 15 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Your staff were great in organizing a disabled parking spot for us both on departure & arrival, however it would be easier if there was a definite link when booking on line, rather than phoning after the booking. We have to rely on your staff when speaking to them at the gate as there are no confirmations to phone requests we made on their booking details either."
Mr Duxbury, Lancashire, 15 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Meet & Greet at T2 does not require telephone contact it is an on airport parking service."
Mr Fawthorp, Lancashire, 14 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Have used APH regularly over the years and I must say that the meet and greet parking at terminal 2 was a pleasure to use and conveinient. Thanks"
Mr Harper, Lancashire, 12 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Ideally the drop off point for terminal 2 at manchester would be nearer departurer"
Mr Mason, Lancashire, 10 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Meet and greet: somebody meets you and takes your vehicle away. on return, they return your vehicle to you. not I drive to the car park, go to the desk and get a ticket and reverse process on return. more like on site valet parking."
Mr Robinson, South Humberside, 10 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Nice staff a nice way to park your car"
Mr Brown, Merseyside, 9 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Did not think the name "meet and greet" fitted the service offered, the only advantage was that it was nearer to the terminal(within walking distance) rather than taking a shuttle bus which we have done in the past."
Mr Hayes, Merseyside, 9 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"We were impressed that the company had parked us up in an invalid bay upon our return. It was mentioned ,when dropping off the car that my husband had breathing problems but hadn,t realised that a blue badge could be used at meet and greet."
Mrs Lindop, Lancashire, 9 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"My understanding was this was a meet and Greet service, it was not. I went to a car park on site, parked my car then went to a ffice to drop of the car key, where is the "meet and greet" part."
Mr Trusdale, Ayrshire, 1 Oct 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Keep up the great service its second to none, Many thanks."
Mr Easthope, Lancashire, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Everything fine. The parking point has moved and some more signage would be helpful."
Mrs Jones, Gwynedd, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"We didn't get the meet and greet we had to park the car ourself.and walk to the terminal."
Mr Benton, South Yorkshire, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"At Manchester the placement of the intercom equipment can lead to cars backing up onto the road; it only took a couple of cars and this leads to disruption of traffic."
Mr Youds, Merseyside, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"The only criticism I had was that the new park at T2 was further away from the terminal and if it had been raining, it would have been a problem as there is not much cover."
Miss Smith, South Wirral, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Although called Meet & Greet in actual fact it is more park and hand over key, which I prefer because my success in meeting previous parkers has been poor, even when I was on time."
Mr Clarke, Cheshire, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"I was not very happy that I had to walk from the car park reception to Terminal 2 in the rain. Previously I have been met within the terminal building, although this is the first time I have used Terminal 2 at Manchester."
Mr Mace, Shropshire, 30 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Great service much better than having to be transferred by bus to the terminal"
Mr Souter, South Yorkshire, 26 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"The APH Meet & Greet at Manchester Airport is not quite as convenient as the previous Drop Off Point"
Mr Joseph, Powys, 26 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Good service but a bit pricey as it's not really a meet and greet but a very convenient car park service and without transfers."
Mr Linforth, Manchester, 26 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"I thought meet & greet is when you meet the representative at the terminal and they drive your car away, this was like any other car park where you park your car and walk with your luggage to the terminal."
Mr Valli, Lancashire, 26 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"I did not notice any Meet & Greet service in either direction. No problem as the car park was near the terminal, but signs back to the car park were non-existant at a key point, causing some delay. The lane we were assigned to was full on the outward direction, which caused a further visit to the office to confirm that the car was acceptable in another lane. All very trivial and will not cause me to go elsewhere in future."
Mr Geddes, Lancashire, 26 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"We allways use APH"
Mr Kelly, Cheshire, 22 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"At Manchester Terminal 2 the meet & greet is a bit of a distance from the terminal to pull luggage. Maybe trollies could be made available?"
Mr Garbett, Merseyside, 17 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"I was expected to be greeted on my return, but had to walk to the reception with the suitcases."
Mr Kothari, Lancashire, 10 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"The time it took to get an answer from the staff to enter the car park takes longer than to park, check your car in and leave the car park."
Mr Owen, Lancashire, 10 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Signage to Meet&Greet from road caused some uncertainty - more signs please. Some delay with pick up due to number of passengers arriving simultaneously"
Dr Russell, Merseyside, 10 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"This was not meet and greet at all which is what we booked and paid for. It was onsite parking. A bad misrepresentation."
Mrs Rowland, South Yorkshire, 3 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"This was not meet& greet as I understand it. I had to go to a car park hand the keys in at a reception area then we had to make our way to departures. When I questioned the service the staff weren't interested and just ignored my comments. Waste of money. I don't imagine you'll print my comments!"
Mr Hulley, South Yorkshire, 2 Sep 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Booked on the web-site, very easy and quick to do. Manchester Met and Greet was well sign posted and easy to find, very close to T2 and easy to park and move to the terminal. Will use again."
Mr Cunnington, West Yorkshire, 30 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"It's easy, so straight forward, very good value and always a weight off my mind, we have used aph at least five times, and have always been fully satisfied ."
Mrs Edge, Lancashire, 29 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Great many thanks Neil&rachel"
Mr Griffiths, West Yorkshire, 27 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Not quite a meet and greet service, when I used before someone picked my car up.This I had to drive around the corner to the car park. This is no great problem, but no trollies to put the baggage on was. Perhaps a trolly park at the normal airport charge would be an idea, but a superior service and great staff the car was literally at the door when I went to collect."
Mr Fitzgerald, South Yorkshire, 27 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Excellent service, will definately return."
Mr Siddall, Rugeley, 14 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"Very pleased. Quick easy to use service. This will be my prefered choice when parking at the airport in future."
Mr Clarke, Bury, 14 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"We drove into the car park and was not met by a rep."
Mrs Naylor, Huddersfield, 13 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"excellent service no complaints I have used APH many times before but will be using this service all the time in the future."
Mr Coyle, Kirkby, 13 Aug 2013

Meet & Greet T2

"When I picked my car up I was informed that the battery had been discharged. While this had been rectified there was no explanatiuon as to why this should have happened to a relatively new car with no faults. Also when we got into the car it stank as if a tramp had been living in it. The conclusion is obvious and highly unsatisfactory."
Mr Bolton, Leeds, 13 Aug 2013
