"It wasn't really meet & greet, although called such - we had to take the car to a car park next to the airport terminal and go to their office to pick it up. So it's not true meet & greet but being right next to the terminal building, it's more convenient than car parks requiring a bus transfer."

"The whole point of booking Meet and Greet was to leavr my car under cover and to walk to the terminal without getting wet. This happened last time I used this facility.This did not happen this time as I flew from a different terminal. I found the extra money paid for the facility to be a total waste. the drop off point was 200 yds from the office and collection 50 yds from office. Both on a dark, cold and damp evening."

I was surprised that I had to report to a reception area for key drop off and collect as previous greet and meet services took the car on arrival and delivered it back at a meeting point but this did not detract from the service I received."

"Meet and Greet by its very name implies that you will be met at the airport. The underground car park at Manchester would have been cheaper and closer. We had to park our car and we then had to make our way to the office to hand over the keys. How is this meet and greet. It is a joke. with regards below the advantage would be being met at the airport but we were not met at the airport."
