The long stay car park at Terminals 1 & 3 is an on-airport self-serve car park and is supported by a ten-minute transfer service to the terminal departure buildings. The car park is a holder of the Park Mark ® Safer Parking award. This ensures your car is secure as the car park has met Police checks to optimise security.

This car park is the ideal for longer periods of parking at Manchester airport.

Drive to the car park entrance where your booking will be recognised from the number plate. A token will be provided and the entry barrier will lift. Once you have parked your car, unloaded your luggage and secured your car, make your way to the transfer bus stands, which are clearly indicated. The transfer time to Terminals 1 & 3 is 5 to 10 minutes depending on off or on-peak times.

On your return, after clearing customs and baggage areas, make your way to the transfer bus stands where you will be taken back to the long stay car park. Locate your car, load your bags and drive to the exit barrier and insert the token previously issued to you. Help buttons are located on the entrance and exit barrier units if you require assistance.

If booking within 48 HOURS of departure or if you do not have the same credit/debit card as used to make your booking - On arrival, take an entry ticket from the barrier and park your car, making ensuring that you keep your ticket. On your return proceed to the exit and press the help button – ensuring you have your APH confirmation number with you. Customers must enter the Long Stay Car Park terminal that they booked for or they will be billed twice for their stay

Please note this service requires a minimum stay of three days.

Trailers, transit vans and motorhomes are not permitted on this car park. Vehicle height restrictions of 2.2 metres apply.

If you have pre-booked your car parking, please note that the notice period for any changes to bookings made is 24-hours prior to departure date. This avoids incurring extra charges.

Directions
Exit M56 at J5. Keep in right hand lane & follow signs for T1&3. The Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by Bewleys Hotel, will be on your left hand side. At roundabout take 1st exit. At next (mini) roundabout take 2nd exit to entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park. Your booking will be recognised from your car number plate, a token will be provided & barrier will rise. If barrier does not rise press Help Button & quote name & ref number.

"We were delayed by 16 hours through no fault of our own we have used aph many times before with delays and not been charged we expected to pay something but we were charged £15 extra for 16 hours when we only paid £35 for the week this is day light robbery for 1 day extra very disappointed and will never use aph again and will not recommend them to any one"

While waiting for a connection the recorded message said I should make the change on line! After being connected i was told I would have to pay the extra when leaving the car park. "It was a well set our car park, good surface with colour zones, numbered lanes, numbered bus stops and good lighting making it easy and conveninet to find your car, even late at night. I liked the idea on no extra charge for cancellation fee and even though we ran over our stay, albeit by only 4 minutes, we were not asked to pay any surcharge. A small but very nice touch.
