"When leaving the car park and placing the token in the barrier machine we were told we had to pay £100 by debit or credit card. As we had already paid for parking this was a bit of a shock. It was dealt with quickly by contacting the car parking office by the intercom. Luckily we had our booking reference number handy and our pre-payment was confirmed."

"I was unfortunate with this holiday/visit due to just missing bus transfer on both the outbound and inward flights which meant standing in freezing conditions for nearly 15 mins each time! The parking total cost for 15 days in March inc Bank holiday is only approx £2 dearer than 1 week in June!!!! I think that frequent users should obtain more discounts than the one time every 2 year brigade!"

"Token on exit did not work, asked to swipe card and pay £100, so pressed button for assistance, it took a few minutes had to give booking ref number, car reg, & flight details and explain flight was on time. Then took a little longer for checks before barrier was released, just as well there was an alternate exit for other cars to use while I held them up - could have caused problems!"
