Jetparks 3 at Manchester Airport

address Styal Road, Manchester Airport (MAN)., M22 5YA.

Jetparks 3 is an off-airport car park, which provides fast, efficient Manchester Airport parking solutions for all terminals. The transfer time to terminals is approximately 5-10 minutes and buses operate every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.

Why Choose Manchester Airport Jetparks 3

The car park’s location – just a mile from the airport –and direct transfers to all terminals combine to make it a firm favourite with APH.com customers. In addition to the convenient location, the fenced and regularly patrolled car park offers a safe and secure location for your car while you are away.

Using JetPark 3 couldn’t be easier. Upon arrival at the car park, drive up to the barrier - your vehicle will be recognised by the automatic recognition system - take the ticket that’s issued and proceed into the car park to find a space. Once you’ve parked and unloaded your bags, head to the transfer stands and take a bus to the terminals. Make sure you keep your ticket with you, because you’ll need to validate it on your return.

When you get back, validate your ticket at one of the many machines – there is no additional charge for this – before making your way to the transfer bus stands. Once you’re back in the car park, simply drive to the exit barrier where you can enter your pre-paid ticket and get on your way.

No problems on arrival or departure. Had to drive around a bit to find a space but it was just before a holiday period so park was busy. 5 mins wait for shuttle bus was acceptable but bus shelters a bit small so wind and rain was a problem. Bus was full.

Generally pleased with the service, although, arriving at 4am in the pitch black on my own, I was confused what to do on arrival. The instructions should say, take the token from the barrier, find a parking space and then go to a bus stop and wait for your transfer bus.

Driver on return to Jet Parks 3 usually worked driving airside and was helping out. He did not know which way to go round the car park and didn't seem to take any notice when passengers tried to help him.

We had problems exiting the barrier although we were not overtime. We returned mid- November but I noticed the clock on the barrier machine was still set to british summertime so it thought we were overtime. however this was rectified without charge.

The email instructions sent after booking at this car park are a little misleading, especially as the barriers appear to be operated by way of a token..no mention of this in my paperwork,so maybe the email instructions need to be updated??? Only a minor point, but otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.

Our battery was flat when we returned from hols. The help button gate was maned by a pleasent guy who told us if we had an emergency service they would let him in. Meanwhile a bus driver spotted my husband with the bonet up and offered help. We wondered why the man on the help desk didn't inform us that they offered a battery boost service which would have saved us a lot if angst. Thank goodness for caring bus drivers.
