Once your booking details are checked and your luggage unloaded you will then make your way to the check-in areas of the terminal building. Your car is then taken to a nearby compound for the duration of your trip.

Your return is just as simple. Once you have landed and collected baggage, you will make your way to the drop-off area outside the terminal building and your chauffeur will be there waiting with your car. You’ll be homeward bound in no time. There’s no need to worry about flight delays either. Swiftpark staff will check your inbound flight arrival time. It’s all in hand and all you have to do is collect your car. There is a £1.00 fee payable to exit the drop-off area car park.

Pre-booking is compulsory for this service and in doing so, you will be able to take advantage of pre-paid discounts available to online customers.

"Droo off point at Luton was on the car park where it was cheaper to park. A good 6/7 minutes walk to terminal. No good when cold/wet. Made 4 calls on return for car. 2calls not answered. Had to wait on the car park for 45 minutes for car. No shelter. Only answer was we would have the car in 5 minutes. From getting cases to getting car took 1hour."
