• - "On my way out of the car park I got to the barrier and put my ticket into the machine and it was not recognised as a pre-booked ticket. This resulted in a delay whilst I waited for the control office to open the barrier, resulting in drivers behind me becoming somewhat annoyed. The vehicle recognition system need to be improved at Luton."
