Worst service I have ever used. It was chaotic to drop off with no room for cars and company representatives rude, over stretched and confused.

At collection, it took 30 minutes for someone to answer my phone call. Once they answered, they were rude and unapologetic about the delay. It took a further 45 minutes to get my car. That's a total time of 1 HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. I could have driven home twice in that time.

Terrible terrible company, focused on maximising profits at the expense of customer experience. A disgrace.

Until the airports car parks are complete its going to be a bit of a shambles, it takes too long to have car returned,if it was raining it would be a disaster waiting there for half hour before car arrives.

As you will see from your records we flew from Luton Airport. There is major disruption to all the surrounding arrivals and parking areas at the moment !!

That said the meet and greet staff had a far from helpful attitude!!

1...They spoke very little English!

2..We had to search them out on arrival at 0415, once found the meeter was overwhelmed.

3. The meeter had nothing to show who he was, we were expected to ask around!

4..Although we rang 25 minutes ahead of arrival the was Nobody to meet us!

5..There was NO specific place to park to await collection!

6..On our return at 1630 the following week the same thing happened in reverse!

7....The whole experience was a never to be repeated SHAMBLES!!!!
