- DriveFly is provider at Luton Airport. Not very punctional on meet despite the fact that I followed all instructions and called 25/30 mins before arrival. I had to wait 15 minutes in rain and called 3 times after that to see where my "greeter" was. The call handler played the game of he should be there I can't understand it and then a bus full of "greeters" all turned up together to service 3-4 other people who had been waiting also. I was a women alone at 4.30am and I was the last one to be dealt with, all others were couples and a man on his own.
Other meet and greet services were in the area and they were fully staffed up and handling people well.
On the return I took my time to get back to carpark and went for a coffee as they advised 15 minutes someone would come when I called to say I'd got my bags. It looked liked they had just turned up so it was around 15 minutes.
I've used lots of meet and greet over the years and this has to be the worst experience.
