Your car will be parked in a secure and safe environment for the duration of your journey. On your arrival back from your trip, a chauffeur will again meet you at the terminal and deliver your car back to you.

No one available at arrival despite phone call over 30 minutes wait again on our return again despite phone call when in baggage area . Sorry but poor service this time ! Though glad to say it is an unusual experience
I have been using this service for a couple of years now and I find it very convenient I only had one incident when they retrieved the wrong Mercedes but that was only a ten minute delay , I have only got good things to say otherwise about this service.
Maybe a frequent user account would be a good idea.
Had to wait 5 mins outside for car to arrive on our return. Had this been at night, or in poor weather, it would not have been pleasant. Can't recall there being anywhere to shelter. Also the pull in point for drop off and return is not very well marked but this seems to be a problem generally with meet and greet.
The service is good, however. I understand they have to alter mirrors etc. to drive But I found that all mirrors had been changed, radio station had been changed seat position changed, power socket cover removed air conditioning changed. Seems a lot of adjustments just to drive to a parking lot? I also have a tracker fitted, and it registered the car had been moved a couple of times through the week. Overall the service is good, the car was undamaged and it is a great convenience; takes a lot of strain out of parking in Luton. It’s just me but I don’t see why they had to fiddle with so much on my car?
meet and greet at Luton is definitely not as convenient as Gatwick if it had been raining you would have been extremely wet by the time you had walked to the terminal!!! Staff at APH really helpful ,would use you again but not Luton by choice.
