"The machine dispensing the keys on the return failed to work (again) and somebody had to come out and individually obtain the keys. Fortunately there were not many people but it could have been chaotic. If you are going to use machines to replace people then they must work all the time!!!"

I emailed on return home but no response. Very unimpressed, typical to get ripped off within 10 minutes of being back in the UK"
