Liverpool Premium Car Park
"Each time I have used this service there has been a problem exiting the car park. Each time I am told there is no trace of my booking and it is implied in a not very polite manner that I need to make a second payment.The first time this happened I did make a payment and was charged twice on my credit card and despite my making a complaint never received a refund."

"I selected Premium Parking @ L'Pool - I was not advised by you that I needed to use an intercom on arrival as the car park entry barrier control message came up with a "car park full message"when I tried to get a ticket as per your advice note. I rang your office but was not really given any useful advice and eventually left my car on double yellow lines to walk to the airport terminal office who after discussion referred me to the nearby car park office who sorted the problem by telling me to use the intercom at the entry gate and give my booking reference. The L'Pool Car park office telephone number given by you was tried twice but it was an answephone and although I stated how urgent things were I got no reply at any stage. I suggest ( a ) that you spell out the signing location for Premium Parking more clearly in your joining advice (as it is very easy to miss)and (b) ensure your clients know to use the intercom at the entry barrier as no ticket is issued - contrary to your written advice. Having personally overcome the location and entry problems the car park is first class and I will use it again."
