"The return journey was appalling. We had to wait 45 minutes for a bus, which when it came, filled up with those in front of us in the queue, so we then had to wait even longer, and two buses came, one of which we were able to get. By this time we had waited almost one hour. Not good at all."

Booking procedure, arrival and transfer to airport all fine, however the service, rude and unhelpful attitude and a 1 hour wait for return transfer was unacceptable. I have emailed Purple Parking to inform them (a week ago now) and still as yet there has been no response. Very poor service from Purple Parking. would be reluctant to use them again !"

I would suggest this is investigated as a crime has taken place, it should be reasonably easy to ascertain who had access to the keys during my time away.
