"We had to wait in the rain while your business minibuses stood empty next to us at the Airport. When the minibus came we were the interior lights weren't used as we waited in the dark in a cramped bus. The worst transport we had after 2 weeks travelling in a third world country."

Booking procedure, arrival and transfer to airport all fine, however the service, rude and unhelpful attitude and a 1 hour wait for return transfer was unacceptable. We waited for half an hour before 2 buses arrived, 1 stopped at the front of the queue, 1 stopped at the back of the queue, thus the people that arrived last got on the second bus, the people in the middle of the queue misssed getting on both buses."
