Meteor Meet & Greet is a Meet and Greet service that allows you to drop off and collect your car from outside your terminal at Heathrow Airport (LHR). Ideal for travellers on a time constraint or for those travelling with a lot of luggage. The service operates 24 hours a day.

Important Information
In order to book this service, you will need to provide the following information - Inbound & Outbound Flight numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details and Contact Telephone number (preferably a mobile number).
This service does not operate before 04:45.
This service does not accept long wheel based or extended wheel based vans.
Minimum stays/charges of 3 days applies.

"APH booking confirmation did not contain the Meteor reference number required. So recoed was found for our bookinh when we telephoned. On our return no record could be found for our booking as it had be incorrectly set to 7.30pm rather than 7.30am although the receipt we were given by Meteor clearly stated 7.30am> so there was a delay in retrieving the car."

"we booked a terminal 3 Servisair lounge via APH. I would not book this lounge again. No available seats at 1900 on arrival and a receptionist who didn't care "You can sit on the bar stools" For 3 Hrs??. Later the lounge was less busy but it was not a good experience."

"Directions to drop off point were unclear. There was a sign for valet parking so we stopped where indicated but were told we were wrong and had "made a mistake" On return we were told to clear customs before phoning, which we did, then had to wait in cold for more than 10 minutes."

"Meteor parking is always a pleasure to deal with we have use dthem at Heathrow on many occasions. In particular we are never hanging around waiting for our car to turn up it is so much easier to go to the short term car park to pick it up. We have had to wait 45 minutes in freezing icy weather when we used a differnt valet parking company."

"I don't call having to go up 3 flights of stairs with cases to the car park on our return a meet and greet services. This is the first time we have had to do this previously it has really been meet and greet drop of in the waiting area pick up in the same area - very disappointing. There were lifts but the wait for these was horrendous."

"When we arrived at T3 Heathrow having phoned ahead nobody was there to 'meet & greet' us, which resulted in me spending several minutes on the phone repeating my details (as the original booking could not be found). Fortunately, I had printed off a copy of the confirmation email and after a further 15 minutes a very apologetic representative arrived and took the car off my hands (NB. the lady that eventually arrived was very nice and provided details for the return of the vehicle at T5). On returning to the UK (T5) I left two messages on the voicemail leaving contact details both times but nobody got back to me confirming that the car was ready for collection, so after 20 minutes I took a chance and went to the Short Stay Car Park (Level 4 Row M) and there it was!!"

"I contacted you by email whilst on holiday to say that our phones and all cash had been stolen and therefore making contact by phone on return was going to be difficult.
