This is now managed by purple parking and if I had know before hand would not have used. Drop off was chaotic involving an over crowded and badly signposted area of the car park with a collection desk that was understaffed. That is not in my opinion meet and greet. On return had to wait 30 minutes for my car because they hadn't brought it despite given the correct date and time, all this with two young children and a disabled partner. The return area was again chaotic with lift access over demand and staff stretched too far. Basically I paid a lot more for a service that doesn't exist. DO NOT USE!!!!

My car was not at the collection point on time, we had to wait nearly 30 mins for it to arrive. I was told that the flight number was incorrect and that I had put the wrong information in. It was correct to my knowledge as I took the flight number from our travel company's documents. The arrival time was still Sat 12pm and Airline (United) was correct and the other flight from Houston also due at 12pm was 20 minutes early landing so if they assumed that we were on one of these 2 flights then the vehicle should have been there, regardless of the change in flight number since I booked the service. They were going to email me a complaints form but I have yet to receive this.
