- The car park was not well sign posted so we nearly missed the entrance. On arrival the staff member at the barrier was difficult to understand so i was not 100% sure where i was meant to leave my car, as a result i was panicking whether i had left it in the right place. We then went through to where we were told to wait for the minibus and was told by a driver that he wasn't the driver and that our driver would be atleast another 10/15 minutes because he was finishing his coffee. The automated service to ring for pick up was very misleading. We called as requested as soon as we got off the plane and chose baggage not collected. 5 minutes later our baggage came out so we proceeded to the pick up stop. 45 minutes we had to wait for a minibus. At no point were we given any indication as to how long it would be.
