We had a wait a long time for the return minibus - although this may have been due to rush hour traffic. Also it's trickier to get your cases on and off a minibus instead of a bigger vehicle. The service here is ok, but I will look for a better parking experience for our next flight from Glasgow.

Everything was as I expected having used APH many times before except - and it's a big except, my booking details were not with the car park staff and i had to spend wasted time checking in; please get this sorted. The indication to me was that this event was not unusual - this is not good enough.
