"Summer Special Parking although supposed to be on site it was a 10minute bus drive to the nortn terminal. Our flight landed at the South terminal we had to use the shuttle train to get to the north terminal to pick up the bus :("

"The written directions provided by APH were incorrect. The BP petrol station referred to in the directions no longer exists and is therefore misleading and did cause a problem. Please check and reissue directions which are valid and correct. I presume that a BP garage did exist at some stage when the original instructions were written."

"You need to sort the picking up from the airport as squeezing so many people on the bus is so dangorous and silly because if there had been an accident I would have sued the pants of your company. You would not be able to board a normal bus like this and I think that the driver should have a duty of care towards us his passengers and should have checked how many people were squeezed on including small children just not safe."

"Upon returning to the car park at about 2.30am we found our car battery was dead. Whilst waiting for my "rescue" man to arrive, a team from APH offered to try to jump-start the car. This was a kind and most welcome gesture; however, the young man did not have a torch and attached the leads incorrectly (blowing the fuse on my stereo). Could have been a more successful outcome had he been better prepared!"

"very slow queue first thing in the morning, only two people on the desk with long queues this was at 3-30am. Transfer bus very very slow.We nearly miss our flight due to being held up by the bus being slow,after having queued so long.I think your web site should advise people to allow extra time in high season."

"no problems with aph booking dervice. car park was near to the airport but seemed very disorganised. it was a busy day and the queue to check the car in was very long, but there was only 1 bus waiting, which arrived about 10 mins after we had checked in. not everyone could get on the one bus so had to wait, at which point they seemed to put on another bus."

"At the moment the booking in Staff, give out a parking space number ,and point in the general direction of the spot. This is not so helpful if it is raining hard, or indeed night time, bearing in mind that dragging around heavy cases can be involved when searching for the spot. Perhaps a wall chart, showing a diagram of the overhead view would be more helpful. This is a suggestion--not a major criticism"
