WE CHOSE TO BOOK 'MEET & GREET' SERVICE TO MAKE PARKING AT THE AIRPORT SIMPLER AND TO SAVE TIME. HOWEVER, IT WAS THE OPPOSITE BOTH DEPARTING AND ARRIVING BACK AT GATWICK.
DEPARTING ON FRIDAY 19 SEPTEMBER - AFTER CONTACTING THE OFFICE AHEAD OF TIME - WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 40 MINUTES FOR OUR CAR TO BE COLLECTED AND IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL HAVING TO KEEP RINGING TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR REPS WERE - AS TIME WAS RUNNING OUT FOR US TO CHECK-IN. WE WERE TOLD THAT A VEHICLE HAD BROKEN DOWN (?) AND THEY HAD TO WAIT FOR A DRIVER TO BE FOUND!!
ON ARRIVAL - WE WERE AT PICK-UP POINT AT 7PM (HAVING BEEN TOLD THAT THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEETING HAD CHANGED FOR WINTER MONTHS) AND WE WERE ON THE WRONG LEVEL. - AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THE OFFICE WE WERE EVENTUALLY MET AT 7.55PM!! EVIDENTLY THE DRIVERS HAD BEEN GIVEN DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS AS TO THE PLACE TO MEET US!! THE OFFICE MANAGER HIMSELF WAS VERY CROSS WITH THIS AND NOT AT ALL HAPPY!
REPS FROM OTHER COMPANIES ALL GAVE KNOWING NODS WHEN THEY FOUND OUT WHO WE WERE WAITING FOR!!

I had to wait over 30 minutes on arrival at the airport, which defeats the point of a valet service.
I called the office numerous times, and was either lied to or misinformed on a number of occasions. I was first told that a driver was en route. When no one arrived, I was then told that the driver would be dispatched shortly.
I have received no offer of compensation or refund, which I would expect for such a poor service.

Important Information
On booking this service, you will need to provide the following information: Inbound & outbound flight numbers, airport terminals, car details and contact telephone number (preferably a mobile number).
Meteor will not currently accept bookings for the following vehicles: Ferrari, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. Minimum stays/charges may apply. Vans and trailers are not permitted at this car park. Must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

Directions

South Terminal: Follow signs to Car Set-Down, on ground level and park at far end just after the traffic lights.

North Terminal: Follow signs to Departures set down and passenger drop off, the driver will meet you at the far end.
