details re our booking at Long Stay South had not been passed onto the car park and consequently on presentation of the parking ticket at the barrier an outstanding fee of over £90 was requested. My partner had to reverse away from the barrier, we were lucky not to be blocked by other vehicles waiting to exit at this point. The young man monitoring the barrier was satisfied on production of paperwork that the space had already been paid in advance, but did comment that many other aPH bookings had not been passed onto them. This is the first time we have used the Long Stay Service via APH and this was disappointing. We were also not impressed with the bus transfer service, packed buses are badly designed and on our return the bus driver said he would be stopping at every bus stop and then proceeded to drive straight past two without stopping! overall it was not worth the extra cost or reduction in time and we will probably go back to using the parking service offered by APH off site.

The main problem on our arrival is that for some of the car parks although there are bus stops the buses were not picking up at all the parks. This is what happened to us, we parked, unloaded our luggage and went to the bus stop. We then called and the lady said somwone would be there. It was not until we observed a grey box inside the bus stop asking to call for assistance, it was then we found out that there was no pick -up from the
car park.
There should be clearer instruction located on the outside of the bus stop for customers to call. We had to put our luggage back in the car park and go to another where there were pickups. If you were late this would cause unnecessary delay.
The car park was good valaue for money and we would use them again. I work in the travel industry as I was observing from a customer perspective.
Clearer instruction for your customers would be more helpful. Thanks.

Cornwall GB No longer any good.
I have been using APH for years. For some reason of late it takes forever to get hold of an Operator when trying to book over the phone.
Also when leaving Gatwick parking APH had NOT paid for the parking & I had a real nightmare. I had to go into an office & fill out loads of paperwork to prove that I had paid. The person at Gatwick said APH are not passing on their bookings.
I guess you are going Bankrupt as a company?? Highly UNIMPRESSED & after all these years of great service, it is a BIG disappointment. Probably will stop using you now.

Terrible experience from start to finish!!
Long queue when we arrived and had to wait 20 minutes in the cold because each bus that arrived was so full it could only take two people at a time from the queue making us very late for check in.
On the return journey we queued for an HOUR for a bus!!!! Then we were crammed onto a bus like sardines, the bus driver shut the door on me twice as I was trying to exit the bus.
Then for some reason (one which the lady in the office would not explain) our exit ticket wouldn't work so I had to go into the office and fill in 5 minutes of paperwork just to get out of the place!!!
Terrible experience and will never use this service again.

There was a problem entering the Gatwick Long Term carpark on Friday 29th May after booking online. The system didn't recognise my details despite a printed form which I handed to Val at Customer Services. She dealt with my problem efficiently and I had to report to Customer Services prior to exiting late on 31st May after returning from my trip.
Again, I was dealt with efficiently by the APH representative.
A blip but otherwise a good experience with APH.

When we went to the office we were informed that you had not updated our request for an additional days parking.
