"Within the directions and information section provided on my booking confirmation, it states to take your ticket and and follow the signs for pre-booked zone. Once we got our ticket, there was NO signs for pre-booked. in fact, there was very poor/limited amount of signs. The thing that ruined it for me was on return collection, I asked the courtesy bus for the APH car park (& showed him my email) but he drove the bus to the APH off-site facility.
