"The reason for discontent on arrival back at the car park was, having paid in advance on line, I was denied exit at the machine and told I owed £104!!! When I spoke to the staff member at the exit desk he was completely disinterested and couldn't offer me any explanation. This has happened on more than a few occasions when travelling and clouds what is otherwise a very good service."

"Upon arrival to the car park, my booking was not recognised and I spent 10 minutes trying to speak to someone. I ended up parking outside the barrier and going in to your office. I had to take a ticket, park up and had to get the ticket validated on exit. Otherwise it was a good car park clearly marked for directions."

Although this was sorted out very quickly it is something that needs to be addressed as I am aware that it also happens in the South Terminal carpark. After a long flight all we want is to be able to start our journey home smoothly."
