- The arriving and exiting the carprak at Gatwick Longstay NorthTerminal was quick and easy, The Gatwick Carpark staff which are seperate to APH were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunetly I had a very different experience with APH customer services on the telephone who did not deal with a problem they had initially caused where they go the dates on my carpark booking incorrect forcing me to pay double the amount I would have. More details on the lack of responsibility taken for this, lack of APH's problem solving in the customer services department and supportivness at a stressful time when you arrive at a carpark with your flight leaving in 2 hours to be offered no alternative.
