Cannot really rate staff at car park as did not see any. The bus journey to/from airport is quite short which is just as well as people are crammed on so that there is literally no room to breath. Getting off, or even reaching a bell, is a major feat. Just put on more buses, the airline schedules must be known, so it must be possible to work out when more buses are needed.

we have always used you for the convenience of location (easy directions to follow) we always pre-book so there is no hassle on arrival or leaving, Transfer buses easy to use and drivers helpful. the only thing we have said is that it would be good if more toilets could be provided around the car park as after a long journey to get there sometimes that is the first thing you need.

Despite pre-payment for the entire duration, at time of exit our account was not recognised by the ticket machine and we had to visit the office to get authorisation to leave. Apparently many customers were experiencing similar problems due to the credit details being transfered to the car park system. This is a concern and needs investigation to clear this problem.

I use the service 3 or 4 times every year. In February,2015, I paid £48 for one week and on this latest occasion I paid £90. I find it difficult to comprehend the massive disparity in these prices. On my arrival at the car park the vehicle index mark recognition system failed to work although I had pre-booked for my stay. I took my booking confirmation to the office but was told that I would need to bring this confirmation back to the office when I departed from the car park on 13th June, 2015. I duly did this but was delayed further at the office whist the receptionist took copies of my booking confirmation. I was not offered any apology or explanation for the problems I encountered.

It was good, in that it was easy to park and the pick-up and delivery was reasonably prompt. The only quibble was the lack of clarity about whether or not the ticket I had been issued with would work at the exit barrier, or if I had to stop and present the ticket and the documents at the Reception Office. The receptionist didn't seem clear either - because I'd booked through an agency rather than direct with Gatwick Parking. As it happened, the ticket worked fine automatically - but you must make the guidance clearer. The information I'd printed off stated that I had to stop and report to the Reception Office, which was unnecessary.

I would recommend and use again, however, when we arrived at car park, they was some computer error and they didn't have our booking, even though I had the printed confirmation of it. It did panic me a bit, but staff very helpful and sorted. I felt we had to wait a few more minutes than expected for the buses to/from airport, but I am a very nervous flyer, so I think that contributed to me feeling anxious.
