"The reason for discontent on arrival back at the car park was, having paid in advance on line, I was denied exit at the machine and told I owed £104!!! When I spoke to the staff member at the exit desk he was completely disinterested and couldn't offer me any explanation. "Upon arrival to the car park, my booking was not recognised and I spent 10 minutes trying to speak to someone. I ended up parking outside the barrier and going in to your office. I had to take a ticket, park up and had to get the ticket validated on exit. Otherwise it was a good car park clearly marked for directions."
