"On return we were told by the bus driver that we would have to report to the office on arrival at the car park - then he said, no we wouldn't. On exit - it took a long time for the barrier to raise, we used the help button to speak to someone, no response, then the barrier opened. Confusing and no explanation."

"Very confusing which part of the airport to collect car as we were told when we dropped car off to collect at same point but it was at a different level. Then gentleman was not very happy and said he told me on the phone it was level 1, but to be honest with the noise of the airport and difficulty understanding his accent, this is where the mix up was. Thought the whole arrangement could have been handled better"

"Despite a phone call of 24 hours notice as requested and agreeing a time of 11am there was no one to meet us. We had to make 2 more phone calls to chase this up and were left waiting at the drop off point for 30 mins worrying. This company lets APH down and we wouldn't use them again. On our return our car was waiting but driver only had a £50 note to pay a small parking charge that we had to change for him."
