The location of the car park was good. However, on our arrival to the car park we had to drive around and around there were NO spaces available!!!! We had paid up front so were not in a position to leave again we drove around thinking we may have missed a space. We hadn't the car park was full and an additional couple of cars joined us in the search fro an elusive space!
Not very good or professional when you are on schedule for a flight to then have to call the office to be told to park in the disabled spaces.

When tried to book Jet Park Plus as usual the web site gave enormous price, so called and was told minimum park 7 days. So had to book long stay 1. Tight parking and overcrowded, people parking in non marked bays and walkways. Either overbooked or used by people not booking. Will not use this car park again.

On arrival the car reg no. was not identified - we waited quite a while and in the end pushed the button for a ticket - the barrier then raised. We then could not find a parking space. A number of vehicles were not parked in bays and a number where in disabled bays. We were going to park outside of a bay when another customer leaving the car park told us that they had been told to park in disabled bays, so this is what we did. On leaving the car park the reg no again was not recognised and when we put the ticket in the machine it showed £61 (we had pre-payed). We pressed the assistance button many times, no one answered but eventually the barrier was raised. We did not see or speak to any staff.

I couldn´t really rate staff friendliness (because there was no human contact), or transfer service, because I used the car park within walking distance of the terminal buildings; hence median scores for each of those.
Better lighting and clearer directional signage would help with finding a parked car. You tend to remember your parking location in relation to Departures and can easily be disorientated when returning via the Arrivals area in the dark.
Early booking fails to achieve a nearer space. For the 2nd time, I ended up in a remote, overspill space but that problem exists at all airports. It´s down to luck on the day.
Current roadworks and resulting detoursfrom the normal approach roads are problematic and the temporary airport signs are completely inadequate.

Car park 1 parking can be close to the terminals, OR, as in my case, ( having driven around for several minutes ) a good distance away. Thankfully it was fine weather and I was not in a hurry but it's a long drag with a suitcase even if you're fit. It would be impossible for the old or frail and there should be a prominent warning about the possible distance and the time needed, : on the website.
