The barrier did not record my car registration and therefore as we exited we had to call for assistance.

Booked online , so didn't have any contact with any of your staff. Car park very full so took a while to find a space , missed the sign directing us to the car park , but not far to walk to the check in , which is why we chose that particular car park

Found car park ok, automatic check in good, but finding a space and the size of the spaces not so good. Quite a long walk, particularly from arrivals.

The car park was nearly opposite departures so just a short walk and roads to cross. The car park was extremely busy and there was a note stating you could park in disabled bays if full. We had to do this. Barriers opened no problem.

Even though the car park was very full and we had to park in the farthest corner of the car park it was still only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. Would use again.

The barrier at Long Stay Car Park 1 at West Midlands did not go up as the car approached. I had to take a ticket out of the machine after which the barrier went up. It was the same when leaving the car park. It is not a car park I would want to use if it was raining especially walking from the Arrivals Hall.

Luckily it was not raining otherwise we would have got wet! It's quite a long walk from the arrivals to the Long Stay 1 car park, it's too close to take a bus and it's a reasonably long walk. A covered way would be a help.

Found a space relatively easily but some empty spaces had broken glass in them, so we did have to look round for a suitable one. Didn't deal with staff as all automated, but happy with car park, only a short walk to the terminal.

Overall good location, and I would book again. However it was a bit of a trek pulling the cases up and down different levels of pathways, crossing a busy road to reach section M of the Longstay 1. Doesn't seem to be a well planned layout or signage.

The registration recognition system is ridiculous. I have used this system several times and not once did the system work. The experience of the vehicles in front of me when entering or leaving seems to have been similar.
