"The name you put on my booking form wasnt actually the name of the carpark we stayed in, thus making it very confusing where we should have been. We had to drive up the road a few times and just took pot luck with one of the carparks and it worked"
Mrs Clarke, South Yorkshire, 31 Oct 2013
"Changed my car on departure day, phoned 2 days before to change details and handled very politely and efficiently. However on return demanded payment to exit, at least quickly sorted out satisfactorily."
Mr Durham, Northamptonshire, 28 Oct 2013
"you are doing a great job !!!!!!"
Mr Freeman, Derbyshire, 22 Oct 2013
"If i'm being picky could do with it being tarmac as it is a bit rough and uneven in some parts"
Mrs Hawksworth, Derbys, 22 Oct 2013
"The automatic barrier did not recognise my car registration"
Mr Mccaughan, Leicestershire, 13 Oct 2013
"LEAVING CAR PARK AFTER RETURN I WAS ASKED TO PAY OVERCHARGE FEE,THE EXIT PROCEDURE WAS PATHETIC, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME, AND WAS HAPPENING TO OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL"
Mr Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, 13 Oct 2013
"Return transfer coach crammed full. At 2.30 in the morning for pensioners not acceptable. Once again on presenting the card to the machine it flashed up a £95 charge in spite of being pre paid. Last time it took aprox 30 mins before I got an answer. This time it was much quicker but this fault should have been fixed long ago!"
Mr Kirkland, Leicestershire, 10 Oct 2013
"There are a lot of loose stones that get carried into the tarmacked through roads within the car park. It would be nice if the whole car park was tarmacked to overcome the problem of trying to wheel your suitcase and keep getting stones stuck under the wheels."
Mr Williams, Nottinghamshire, 9 Oct 2013
"I did have my concerns about the security of the car park although everything seemed ok. The car park needs some work doing to it as it is very uneven and the car parking spaces need to be more defined."
Mrs Wagstaff, Nottinghamshire, 30 Sep 2013
"Return journey was awful - was unable to locate the collection point!!!!!"
Mr Pitcher, Derbyshire, 26 Sep 2013
"when we arrived at jet2 car park, park already over full.after riding around we had to join others on a grass verge.you are double booking the spaces which is dangerous."
Mr Harrison, Lincolnshire, 26 Sep 2013
"packed- driving round and round looking for spaces."
Mrs Kinsey, West Glamorgan, 17 Sep 2013
"ON ARRIVAL CAR PARK FULL SENT TO NUMBER2 FULL SENT TO NUMBER 4 HAD TO EXPLAIN NOT HAPPY BUNNY"
Mr Crossland, Lincolnshire, 17 Sep 2013
"We were waiting over half an hour for our transfer to the airport building. This resulted in a very rushed experience when we eventually checked in and a bad start to our holiday."
Mr Lindley, South Yorkshire, 17 Sep 2013
"NOT happy that the barrier automatically let me out without using my entery card/ticket anybody could have been driving my car that day and i was under the impression like previous visits ive used with APH that you can only leave the carpark after putting your ticket into the barrier machine to let you out !!!!!!!!!!"
Mr Boswell, Derbyshire, 17 Sep 2013
"The service on exit was very poor. It was about one a.m.and three cars in front at the exit barrier had problems exiting. The barrier said we owed £60 although this had been pre-paid. It took an age for an operative to answer the call. The operative had difficulty finding our details on the computer. Added delays of 20 mins at one in the morning is not acceptable."
Mr Topley, Derbyshire, 17 Sep 2013
"Only gripe is every time you leave the car park you always have to buzz an assistant who then asks for a reference number and name before letting you through - it states it should let you straight out but never does"
Mr Mccarthy, West Midlands, 10 Sep 2013
"The only problem was that arriving back in the dark it was difficult to see which carpark you were being taken to. The driver only shouted out the car park and when sitting at the back of the coach it was difficult to hear what he was saying. With a very full coach it was difficult to see and hear."
Mrs Lunt, North Yorkshire, 10 Sep 2013
"We arrived at JetPark2 at East Midlands Airport only to be told it was full. How can this be if we have pre booked our place. We were told to use JetPark plus but at the barrier we were told this was full although wecould see vacant spaces in the car park. Here we were told to use Longstay 4 where the person on the gate was unaware of the above situation. Very messy!"
Mr Costello, Leicestershire, 4 Sep 2013
"This car park was very overpriced compared to other airports i.e. Birminham manchester......also there was very little space to be found and the parking bays are not marked......leading to generally haphazard parking. Would have thought it would have been cheaper not more expensive that the other car parks we have used"
Mrs Munro, Warwickshire, 3 Sep 2013
"You need more buses for transfer, when you know the flights are full"
Mrs Minns, Nottinghamshire, 27 Aug 2013
"Stayed a few times and the exit does not register that its pre paid on leaving so I had to wait to speak to operator"
Mr Flower, South Yorkshire, 27 Aug 2013
"Entry barrier did not recognise car number plate , this meant that I didn't have an exit ticket , walked to office upon return to car park, not manned ,"
Mrs Ogorman, Derbyshire, 27 Aug 2013
"Even pre-booked a place in the car park , is still to difficult to find a place to park, it's too crown and seem all full if you don't drive around. I suggest to reserve a place only for pre-booked order, so we can easier to find."
Ms Feng, Nottinghamshire, 27 Aug 2013
"When we arrived the barrier did not recognise our car registration number. We then had great difficulty in finding a parking space as in many places the boundaries between parking places were not clearly seen so many cars had parked over two places. It took us 15mins going around and around to find a place."
Mrs Black, Leicestershire, 27 Aug 2013
"Park with Ease :)"
Mr Reeves, Staffordshire, 20 Aug 2013
"exit was queried. but was resolved on speaking to someone"
Mrs Taylor, Lincs, 20 Aug 2013
"Very smooth from start to finish, a big thank you to all...."
Mr Millington, Nottinghamshire, 20 Aug 2013
"We booked in one car park only to be told on arrival it was full so we were sent to another car park this was fine until we wanted to leave on return from holiday - took ages to answer then couldn't find reference number or car registration number - finally let us out by finding our surname. Everyone was having trouble and it took ages for us to get out of car park!! Would think twice before booking there again."
Mr Tooley, Boston, 14 Aug 2013
"Wait for bus back to car park was very long and too many people to get on bus. Took ages to get out of car park as system didn't recognise we had prepaid."
Mrs Walters, Huddersfield, 8 Aug 2013
"On returning to east Mids Airport on 31st July we were held up at the barrier for some 7 or 8 minutes having been informed that we owed £70 for parking. This caused massive inconvenience to ourselves and many other cars stuck behind us, this is the third time that this has happened to us this year having pre paid on each occasion. Your exit system from the airport is nothing short of shambolic"
Mrs Webb, Leicester, 6 Aug 2013
"On leaving the carpark I had to push the button because they didn't recognise that we had per booked but after giving my registration number they let me out"
Mr Belton, Nottingham, 4 Aug 2013
"On leaving the car park put ticket in the machine at exit and was asked for a fee of £70,called operator and had to give reg number and booking reference and had to wait at the exit until it was sorted out. [ NOT GOOD ]"
Mr Hayward, Telford, 4 Aug 2013
"we were unable to get the barrier to raise. so we could not get out & one of the intercoms were not working at the bus stops. felt very desolate & stressed. finally got out after 3/4 hour after reaching our car."
Mrs Lockton, Stone, 31 Jul 2013
"Booked meet and Greet - was great, very convenient, just dropped off car and keys and walked into departures. On return called up and car was waiting outside, picked up key and off we went!"
Mrs Inglis, Hull, 30 Jul 2013
"Ticket was not recognised for vehicles leaving the park, resulting in further delays and having to speak to staff to give them our booking number, them entering this on their computer, and finally getting confirmation that they can raise the barrier."
Mr Jennett, Nottingham, 30 Jul 2013
"At busy times it's quite hard to find a parking space without driving round and round, just a comment"
Mrs Hawksworth, Derby, 23 Jul 2013
"Leaving the car park was a hassle as we had to wait 20 minutes for the barrier to be raised. The bus driver was not clearly informing people which stop he was stopping at."
Miss Weldrick, Hessle, 23 Jul 2013
"Althopugh I had prepaid, I was greeted with a charge of £80 to pay before the barrier would be raised. I pressed the call button and it was several minutes before a very rude and abrupt man answered. He said we had not booked as there was no record of our reference, address, name or car registration. After a long arguement he finally lifted the barrier/"
Mr Conacher, Shrewsbury, 23 Jul 2013
"Did not recognise our booking Took ages to leave the car park."
Miss Downs, Oxfordshire, 17 Jul 2013
"When trying to exit the car park, I inserted the ticket and the display said I owed £97 although i paid the full amount online. I had to quote the APH booking ref before I could leave."
Mr Warren, Nottinghamshire, 17 Jul 2013
"We had to speak to an attendant as our pre paid ticket was not recognised and so the barrier wouldn't lift"
Mrs Grainger, Nottinghamshire, 16 Jul 2013
"Initially could not get out of carpark as my booking was not recognised. However,a very helpful employee came to the exit gate to allow me out, having seen my booking email and very kindly let me out!"
Mrs Clarke, West Glamorgan, 16 Jul 2013
"Checking in did not work, had to speak to the operator, leaving the car park did not work, barrier would not raise, spoken to the operator, barrier would not raise even when quoting booking reference, luckily a parking attendant just going off shift happened to be there and helped. The operator demanded the printout of the booking - what if it wasn't there with me. Overall a VERY poor parking experience. (Of course it has nothing to do with APH.)"
Mr Papp, Midlothian, 16 Jul 2013
"there wher cars parked everywhere there was not many spaces cars were parked on grass verges i was running around trying to find a parking space .the bus had trouble getting around the car park"
Mr Broadhurst, South Yorkshire, 11 Jul 2013
"No spaces, people using two.Had to wait ten minutes on return car in front told to pay more, did not have to."
Mr Charlesworth, West Yorkshire, 10 Jul 2013
"The car park used was not an APH car park, so not it was not up to the usual high APH standards. The number plate recognition and exit procees did not work. Caused delays in exiting the car park (Jet Parks 2 - East Midlands)"
Mr Devereaux, Buckinghamshire, 9 Jul 2013
"on leaving your East Midlands car park I was asked, by the ticket machine, to pay £60 but as I had already paid upfront I was a bit annoyed to say the least! After a long flight all I wanted to do was get home but until someone had checked I had paid I was stuck at the barrier! NOT happy"
Mr Parris, Lincolnshire, 9 Jul 2013
"Disgraceful. Despite paying up front (£65) to park the car (not even a space to be had we had to park on a grass verge) we then had to pay £80 to get out of the car park as apparently APH or the car park hadn't registered the booking (even though they confirmed they had and took the money). I am still awaiting a refund as we had no choice but to pay as not a human being in sight to help us!"
Mr Fox, Northamptonshire, 9 Jul 2013
"booked this car park many times but still get problems getting out the barrier will not lift anpr does not reconise car have to contact security to get out.when arrived car park was full spent 20mins looking for a place to park missed 2 shuttle buses."
Mr Dallison, Nottinghamshire, 2 Jul 2013
