"Return transfer coach crammed full. At 2.30 in the morning for pensioners not acceptable. Once again on presenting the card to the machine it flashed up a £95 charge in spite of being pre paid. Last time it took aprox 30 mins before I got an answer. This time it was much quicker but this fault should have been fixed long ago!"

"There are a lot of loose stones that get carried into the tarmacked through roads within the car park. It would be nice if the whole car park was tarmacked to overcome the problem of trying to wheel your suitcase and keep getting stones stuck under the wheels."

"The service on exit was very poor. It was about one a.m.and three cars in front at the exit barrier had problems exiting. The barrier said we owed £60 although this had been pre-paid. It took an age for an operative to answer the call. The operative had difficulty finding our details on the computer. Added delays of 20 mins at one in the morning is not acceptable."

"We arrived at JetPark2 at East Midlands Airport only to be told it was full. How can this be if we have pre booked our place. We were told to use JetPark plus but at the barrier we were told this was full although wecould see vacant spaces in the car park. "We booked in one car park only to be told on arrival it was full so we were sent to another car park this was fine until we wanted to leave on return from holiday - took ages to answer then couldn't find reference number or car registration number - finally let us out by finding our surname. Everyone was having trouble and it took ages for us to get out of car park!! Would think twice before booking there again."

"Checking in did not work, had to speak to the operator, leaving the car park did not work, barrier would not raise, spoken to the operator, barrier would not raise even when quoting booking reference, luckily a parking attendant just going off shift happened to be there and helped. The operator demanded the printout of the booking - what if it wasn't there with me. Overall a VERY poor parking experience. (Of course it has nothing to do with APH.)"

"Disgraceful. Despite paying up front (£65) to park the car (not even a space to be had we had to park on a grass verge) we then had to pay £80 to get out of the car park as apparently APH or the car park hadn't registered the booking (even though they confirmed they had and took the money).
