Why choose Jetparks 1

Official East Midlands Airport Meet & Greet Parking

JetParks 1 is fast and simple to use, too. On arrival your numberplate will be automatically read and your booking confirmed - you will then be issued a ticket (which you’ll need when you return). This procedure may take up to one minute. Please note - do not press the button to request a ticket, as this will disable the automatic numberplate recognition service. Once in, find a parking space, unload your bags and head for the shuttle bus and take the eight-minute trip to the terminal. Blue badge holders can park in the designated parking bays and staff will assist on request.

Returning is just as straightforward. Simply make the short journey back to JetParks 1, drive to the exit barrier, enter your ticket and continue your journey home. Any problems, just use the 24-hour assistance button.

Safety - for you and your car - is paramount, which is why JetParks 1 is a holder of the Park Mark® Safer Parking Award holder, along with features such as 24-hour CCTV 24-hour, security fencing, security patrols and lighting for added peace of mind.

When arriving the barrier didn't pick up the number plate which I pushed the button and no one answered so I had to take a token to get in to make sure we made out flights on departure our flight was slightly late getting in and again the barrier never opened it took me over 45 minutes to speak to someone to let me out of the car park which wasn't the best experience at 12.30 am when you have a 8 yr old that you needed to get home for school ..

Lincoln GB Frequent traveler.
We have previously used APH parking at Birmingham and find them much more helpful in loading travel bags on the transfer bus than the staff situated at EMA. The transfer bus has only the driver who stays in his seat, which is understandable but not helpful. While most passengers struggle getting their suitcases on the bus and stowing them in the designated area, also the same thing occurs when returning to the car park getting the cases off at the required stop. This causes delays and hold ups for all concerned. In the recent case; people got on the bus, some were elderly who could not manage to stow their bags, so left them in the aisle blocking other folks trying to get on. It was only the intervention of a strong 30 year old male passenger who resolved the chaotic situation by moving the suitcases, so the flow could continue.

Could not a young man who is a staff member, be provided as an assistant to the driver to help the paying passengers on and off the bus with heavy holiday bags of 20 kilo weight, like the old days when there was a conductor present to assist. It would also help speed up your service and improve satisfaction from customers. I must not be the only one who dreads airports and the associated general stress at airports by going on holiday.

Overall rating only 8 due to the post code given in the instructions takes you approximately 2 miles away from the car park at East Midlands Airport . Best thing follow signs to the airport when you start picking them up on the route and then follow the car parking signs when you enter the airport very easy to follow when arrived at the airport.
