I found it easy to check in and was fortunate to find a parking bay close to the bus stop. As my wife is a wheelchair user I thought it would be better if a few disabled spaces were provided close to the bus stops. It would be difficult for you to verify that cars in those bays were entitled as I always take the blue badge away for use with the hire car at our destination so others would do the same.

Very straightforward- the directions and instructions for arrival were clear and easy to follow, and someone was waiting for us when we arrived. It took literall two minutes to check in at the office and get our receipt, from there a very short walk to the terminal.

On return, no phone calls to make, we just went to the office with our receipt and were directed to where our car was (a very short walk). Leaving the car park was simple; the barrier raised when we approached it and bingo! on our way home.

Really took the stress out of the procedure, and not expensive either. I will definitely be using this service again!

It was ok except for the return journey when the driver decided to pick up passengers from other car parks which over crowded the bus, blocked the doors
and caused mayhem when ourselves and other tried to get off at our stop

I have given a slightly lower score to the transfer service than perhaps I would normally do as on return to the airport we had to wait 45 minutes for a bus to arrive at the terminal to take us back to the car. And when it arrived it said Staff Only on the destination. We had to ask the driver if it really was for staff only. He obviously did not realise what it said.

Found the service easy to use, the car park was close to the terminal and we had no problems entering or leaving the car park. My only criticism is the spaces could be a bit bigger as there isn't much room between the cars.

Incorrect info on entry procedure. When you go to the barrier, the system automatically generates you a ticket with your number plate registration on it and you need to take this and use it to exit. The written description you provided said - Do not press button, do not take ticket. This is confusing and was causing a queue of confused drivers at the gate entry. Can you look to update your info with the correct entry procedure. Thanks!

I wouldn't use anyone else. Get a good discount even though I always book late. Would appreciate a better one though as I use the car part for 2-3 weeks of the month and because I book my flights late I don't get the best discount. Any chance.....?

This car park is convenient for the terminal but the system of entering and exiting is poor. You need to advertise to customers the procedures before they buy or at least once you have purchased. This was our first time at East Midlands airport so we did not even know if we're in the correct car park we assumed it was a APH car park but it would have okay if we had been told this before then we had to take a ticket on entering car park call the APH office to get advise, the lady advised us that if we had problems when we returned to press the intercom. We also spent 15 minutes finding a parking place not out usual experience of using APH at Birmingham.Sure enough on return the exit machine was showing we needed to pay £56.80 we had prepaid with APH already so pressed the intercom to be asked for our booking ref no which luckily we had to hand, the whole point of prebooking is not only the price but it should be less hassle and make the travelling less stressful. I understand that all car parks are different and operate slightly differently but if the process was explained before departure ie when booking it would have been a better experience

Finding the car park initially was quite hard work - we accidentally went through the drop off point bit and had to pay to get out, then went to the wrong car park and tried to enter before we realised that Jet parks 1 is quite a way from the departures area. I think the literature given to the customer when they book could have been clearer on this as the postcode did not get you to exactly the right place. Also the number you call for assistance is a high rate number which isn't very helpful! But despite all that we did eventually figure it out without missing our flight and the car was secure for the week.
