The hotel was clean and comfortable but expensive foodwise and you are a captive audience. The airport transfer was a new one on me, i have done hotel and parking before but never had to drive my own car to the car park at 4.30am. At different airports someone comes to get your car...that is what you are paying for. Getting out of the car park was a bit of a nightmare no ticket recognition not just for us for everyone it seemed. When you have just arrived you just want to go home. That said the car park staff were helpful and polite if a little embarrassed at the shambles !

I thought the cost of parking was high compared to, for example, Liverpool airport. I will take this into consideration when next deciding which airport to use.
