We used EMA Jetparks2 in May 2015. Booked in at 4.30 am on a Tuesday. At this time of day it was not busy so entrance, parking and bus transfer were fine. The return experience (Saturday 2.30pm) was different altogether. It was chaos. The driver was unhelpful, the bus was packed, there was nowhere near enough room for baggage - many sat with cases on their knees, we were at the back of the bus so we could not hear the driver announcing the various stops, people were complaining about the service. It was a dreadful experience and possibly unsafe. Jetparks must do better!

We had trouble exiting the car park despite having pre booked and paid. The matter was quickly resolved by car park staff via intercom.

It would be useful if the bus drivers assisted with luggage particularly for the more elderly clientele.

Overall would use again.

second time ive used this car park and the number plate recognition did not work either time but was all sorted out by helpful man on the help button
transfer bus was waiting to take us to the airport just a few minutes away....driver was friendly and helpful
only negative is that there is no sign as to where to get the transfer bus when you get back
will still use this car park again as good value in comparison to other car parks

We have used this service twice now and have found all the staff to be friendly helpful. The proximity to departures and arrivals is as near as is possible for Meet and Greet to be at East Midlands Airport. Being dropped off by taxi is hardly nearer. Top marks this time staff.

Bus Driver was rude. Transfer bus was old and scruffy. Vehicle recognition device was not working when exiting the car park and staff rude and unhelpful when asked to open the barrier. Overall we had a very bad experience of this service and will find alternatives in future.

First time I've used this service and was both impressed and very satisfied with the experience. For the additional charge you start your holiday with ease and complete it without waiting for buses to pick you up and take you to remote car parks, after a tiring journey. Would use this service again at this airport.
