Upon departure the ticket / barrier opening system did not work at all and it had to be raised manually. On arrival at car park it was closed (we did arrive one hour early)and locked up. we phoned the number indicated on a board and the owner did turn up pretty promptly. However it is not manned 24 hours in the winter, only when someone is arriving or leaving. As there were only 5 or 56 other cars in the car park I presumed that would not be very often"

"We love Doncaster airport the draw back is trying to exit the car park, especially late at night , for instance we pre- paid for the parking. When we came home and got to the barrier we followed the instructions on the box and three times we were told we needed to pay with our credit card , not funny when your tiered and just want to get home. We then have to press the bell and go through the booking before the barrier is lifted. This has happened to us three times now I understood it was supposed to read the number plate , it read it on the way in it was on the ticket we were given to exit ?."
