Didn't actually deal with any staff as we had prebooked car park and walked to the terminal instead of using the shuttle service as it was so close.

We park just opposite the terminal building at Bristol. This is the most convenient parking we use and we travel a lot. There are always spaces available and it's only five minutes walk to check in. Another important aspect is that there are tarmac walkways all the way, so pulling a case is no problem.

We always use APH because it just works...every time.

SO close to the airport - the shuttle bus was almost unnecessary. Entry and exit recognition system worked perfectly. Easy-peasy!

We had difficulty parking due the the French strike causing extra cars which would normally have been gone. We couldn't have been further away from the terminal if we tried! The courtesy coach was nowhere to be seen - and it was raining!!! No ones fault but just very difficult with cases and children.

The walk from the car parking area to the terminal is dangerous as no pedestrians allocated paths are available, this makes the walk even confusing. I would rather park away and get a transfer if given the choice in the future. If this issue is fixed then it is a perfect parking option.

Car parking very close to the airport at Bristol. Getting in and out was very easy. Very narrow parking spaces made difficult to use by the parking of other users of this service wo did not park straight.

The entry process was easy but finding a free space was difficult because there was little guidance given as to where the free spaces were. Apart from the transfer bus drivers I did not have any contact or see any other staff.

Car park has good location. However this is the third time we have used the long stay carpark. Every time the license recoqnition has not worked. This is quite irritating when you return as it means going into the booth to have the ticket validated.

First time used; would definitely use again. Signposting between terminal from/to carpark would be helpful for pedestrians. Impressed by numbered parking bays. Not so impressed (but prepared for by reading other reviews) by rough ground.
