"Confusing when entering carpark - the signs point to the paymachines to validate tickets which is incorrect as they need to be validated at a desk within the terminal but other than that no problems."

"Bournemouth Airport is a very much do-it-yourself set up. The cars are not secure - as they are at other sites and there are no APH staff on duty. The signage at the car park is also confusing and not very clear. However, being right by the airport does mean that transfer times are not an issue."

"Having a specific parking area for pre-paid parking would be helpful to make it clearer about where to park but Bournemouth is a small airport so it's probably not feasible. Also the carpark is very exposed if it's raining because it's open air and not under cover."

"When I arrived it was very confusing. We were issued with a ticket (which confused me as I had prepaid) and I could not find anywhere to check my car in. When I finally found the desk inside the airport she told me I must wait until 4am as she was not feeling well! I told her it was 4am. she did not listen and so I came back at 4.05am. this lady was rude, if she was ill she should not be at work."

"When I arrived at Bournemouth airport on 7th Jul, the weather was atrocious, I got soaked getting to the car ( which was not the fault of the parking company) but on arrivial at the barrier the ticket was not recognised despite me checking it in at information desk on 30 Jun, and to make matters worse the microphone on the barrier was not working so the operator in her office could not hear me. Total chaos !"
