On departure after inserting ticket in machine was asked to pay again at the full price. "We parked adjacent to Bus Stop 6 - the exit was poorly marked, the exit barrier close to where we parked was not available to us as it appeared to work on some kind of fob system. It was not for public use but there was no signage to say so and we were subjected to abuse when we then had to reverse up a segragated lane to find the official exit. The road markings on the surfaced sections are in many places worn out or non-existent and is an accident waiting to happen."
