"Our understanding was that transfers left every 15 minutes we was waiting 25 minutes the driver was stood in reception talking going and 20 minutes on return. The annoying thing on our return I asked when I telephoned to say we had cleared customs I asked how long it would be as we didn't want to stand in the cold and we was told to go outside as it was on the way so we stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes"
