- When we arrived to park the car I noticed that they provide a car wash service. I had not been offered this on my reservation, but paid cash for an external wash. When we returned to collect the car, early in the morning, I did not look to see if the car had been washed, just scrapped the ice off the windows and proceeded home. when I looked at the car in daylight I could see that it had not been cleaned. I phoned the depot, complained and following a further phone call was told I would receive a refund by cheque. The cheque arrived with quite a curt letter from Mrs H Stanbridge which implied that it was my fault. No apology. So much for customer relations. If you would like a copy of the letter I am happy to oblige.
