Once roaming is activated on customer’s phone, the customer would receive a confirmation text once they are abroad which also notifies them of useful contact numbers.

Alternatively, they can call the usual number for a total cost of 10p.

No: customers will be charged for any data charges in full.

However, if the bill is extortionate and it is the first time then they may consider writing it off. This is not guaranteed.
